The 10-years interest rate is still at an unattractive all-time low of 1.71%. Despite the outbreak of COVID-2019, my portfolio is still doing well the last time I checked. The market did not dip much at the moment and I think valuation is still high to enter at the moment. 

Japan and Korea only just started to witness community spread of the virus so we are still in early stages of the crisis. The economy is slowly bleeding and we don't know how long it would last. A vaccine is still nowhere in sight and it could be a year or more. In order to put my spare money to work, I will subscribe to this issue of SSB as short term holding. 1.43% is still better than 0.05%.
